Terms and Conditions of Sale: Terra Firma Labs Wear
1. Contract Formation
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to make the purchase. A contract of sale between you and Terra Firma Labs Wear is only formed once we have accepted your order and payment has been successfully cleared in our bank account.

2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).

Payment is strictly via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Orders will only be processed once the full payment reflects in our account.

Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery
Delivery is conducted via third-party courier services.

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the time payment reflects.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the package is handed over to the courier company.

4. Returns and Refunds
We strive for quality. Returns are accepted only for defective items reported within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return for a defective item, please contact us with your order number and photographic evidence of the defect.

We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terra Firma Labs Wear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and relevant South African legislation.
