Return and Refund Policy: Terra Firma Labs Wear

1. Cooling-Off Period (ECT Act)

In accordance with the ECT Act, you have a 7-day "cooling-off" period after receiving your order. During this time, you may cancel your purchase for any reason.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging.

  • Costs: You are responsible for the courier costs to return the items to us. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 15 business days.

2. Defective Goods (CPA Section 56)

We stand by our quality. Under the CPA, you have a 6-month implied warranty on all goods.

  • If an item is defective, faulty, or does not meet the standards/specifications described, you are entitled to return it for a repair, replacement, or full refund.

  • Costs: If the item is confirmed to be defective, Terra Firma Labs Wear will bear the cost of the return courier and the subsequent repair or replacement.

3. Exclusions

As permitted by law, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., specific intimate wear) once opened.

  • Items damaged due to neglect or improper care by the customer.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at terrafirmalabswear@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A description of the issue.

  3. Photographic evidence if the item is defective. We will provide you with the necessary steps to facilitate the courier collection or return process.
