 Order Modifications & Cancellations: Because our orders are routed to our global print partners for rapid processing, you may request a cancellation or change within 2 hours of placing your order.

 Post-Processing Cancellations: Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. You will instead need to refer to our returns process once the item arrives.

 How to Request: To request a cancellation, contact our support team immediately with your order number.

2. Purchase Options

 Payment Methods: For now, we proudly accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) for all orders placed on terrafirmalabswear.online.

 Payment Verification: Orders will be processed and prepared for dispatch once your EFT payment has successfully reflected in our account (as noted in our shipping policy). Please use your order number as your payment reference.
