 Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package's progress until it reaches your door.

2. Processing and Delivery Timelines

 Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 24–48 hours of your payment reflecting in our account.

 Delivery Time: Because we proudly ship our eco-friendly streetwear globally through our international partners, standard international delivery to South Africa typically takes between 2 to 4 weeks from the date of dispatch.

3. Shipping Costs

 Transparent Pricing: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

 Strategy Note: We keep these costs clear to avoid "checkout surprise," which is the #1 reason customers abandon their carts.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): All international orders are shipped on a DDU basis. Any import duties, customs tariffs, or local taxes levied by South African customs are the sole responsibility of the recipient upon arrival.

 Delays: While we do our best to ensure a smooth journey, we are not responsible for customs clearance delays or local postal disruptions.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Responsibility

 Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not liable for delays or loss caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.

 Risk of Loss: As stated in our Terms & Conditions, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the package is handed over to the courier.
